About The Position
Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is a 198-bed nonprofit facility serving communities in and around Gilbert, Arizona. The Neuro Telemetry Nurse delivers compassionate, high-quality, individualized care to support patients’ well-being and recovery. The role involves making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal patient outcomes. Requirements
- ADN, diploma, foreign equivalent, or BSN.
- Registered Nurse credential for Arizona.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, a patient-first mindset, urgency, and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

- One year of medical/surgical acute experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care and support patient recovery.
- Make critical patient assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide care sensitive to and consistent with patients’ cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
- Participate in developing others through mentoring and precepting.
