About The Position
At Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, the Neuro Telemetry Nurse delivers compassionate, high-quality, individualized care to support patients’ well-being and recovery. The role involves making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. The nurse uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide care that is sensitive to patients’ cultural values, beliefs, and customs; supports others through mentoring and precepting; motivates colleagues around care delivery; represents the organization positively; and applies negotiation and conflict-management strategies. Requirements
- ADN, diploma, foreign equivalent, or BSN.
- Registered Nurse: Arizona.
- One year of medical/surgical acute experience is preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS is preferred.
