Nurse Neonatal ICU
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports patients’ well-being and recovery. You will provide individualized, comprehensive care by conducting critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for keen assessment skills, critical thinking, urgency, dedication to excellence, and a patient-first mindset. You will also guide and inform families and address their concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 6 months.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- One year of recent acute care experience.
