Our team of expert providers and specialists at OB/GYN and Infertility take a thoughtful approach to provide high-quality compassionate care in the areas of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Urogynecology, Infertility and LGBTQ+ care. We are seeking a full-time, 37-hour Urogynecology Nurse Navigator. The schedule will consist of three 9-hour days and one 10-hour day per week, with Wednesdays off. The position includes one remote workday per week. The Urogynecology Nurse Navigator serves as a specialized clinical resource and patient advocate for women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, voiding dysfunction, and other urogynecologic conditions. The Nurse Navigator provides comprehensive care coordination, patient education, clinical triage, and procedural support while guiding patients through evaluation, treatment, and recovery. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and ancillary services, the Nurse Navigator ensures seamless, patient-centered care across the continuum, helping patients navigate complex treatment plans while improving access, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. This role works closely with the urogynecology provider to support clinical operations and optimize patient care delivery.
