About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports patients’ well-being and recovery. You will provide individualized, comprehensive care through patient assessments, skilled procedures, and implementation of patient care plans. Working with an interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse status in the State of Oregon.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification.
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of hire.
• AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Continuously and systematically assess patients’ health status and prioritize or reprioritize care based on assessments.
• Initiate and maintain an individual plan of care based on identified patient problems or needs, assessment data, and nursing standards and practice.
• Coordinate patient discharge and transfer needs with patients, primary care providers, families, and internal and community resources.
• Prioritize, perform, and delegate direct or indirect interventions needed to stabilize trauma patients.
• Prioritize and perform interventions necessary for patient triage.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
