An outstanding rural community hospital outside Fort Morgan, Colorado, is seeking a Nurse Manager for a Long-term Care setting. Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- 5+ years of Long-term care nursing experience
- Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire
- Previous experience in Supervision/Management is required
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards
- Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership
- Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families
