Nurse Manager Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Monday-Friday Full benefits package, PTO, retirement plan, and more Openings in Pediatric or Labor and Delivery departments Nurse Manager promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area Displays the ability to directing and developing staff, demonstrate fiscal responsibility, and collaborate with physicians and other team members Nurse Manager has strong computer skills The Surrounding Community: Regional hub in West Texas known for its revitalized downtown, arts scene, and cultural district Plenty of indoor and outdoor recreational activities Affordable cost of living with family-friendly neighborhoods and a warm, welcoming atmosphere Generally flat terrain with easy highway access for effortless commuting
Requirements
- Current BSN or received within 12 months of hire
- Active TX or compact state RN License
- At least 2 years of experience in pediatrics or labor & delivery
- At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience
