Requirements
- Must have an Idaho State or Compact Nursing license or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a BLS or ACLS certification
- Must have a Bachelor's in Nursing or a related field
- Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience with recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Must have Leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards
- Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership
- Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families
