About the Role As the Nurse Manager for a 24/7 facility for our Detoxification and Sobering programs at the Beaverton Recovery Center, you’ll play a critical role in leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing evidence-based practices, managing clinical operations, and supporting staff in their professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or similar setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • A strong commitment to CODA’s mission and the well-being of the individuals and families we serve.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, Licensed Medical Practitioners, and Case Management teams to ensure seamless patient care and smooth transitions during referrals and discharge.
  • Oversee nursing staff, manage medical assessments, and implement compliance standards to ensure patient safety and care excellence.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards, evidence-based practices, and safety protocols, while monitoring performance metrics with leadership.
  • Supervise the administration and dispensation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CODA policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to budget planning, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources across the facility.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and respect, promoting CODA’s mission through clear communication and data-informed decision-making.
