About the Role As the Nurse Manager for a 24/7 facility for our Detoxification and Sobering programs at the Beaverton Recovery Center, you’ll play a critical role in leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing evidence-based practices, managing clinical operations, and supporting staff in their professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) from an accredited institution
Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon.
Minimum of 5 years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or similar setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
A strong commitment to CODA’s mission and the well-being of the individuals and families we serve.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Program Manager, Licensed Medical Practitioners, and Case Management teams to ensure seamless patient care and smooth transitions during referrals and discharge.
Oversee nursing staff, manage medical assessments, and implement compliance standards to ensure patient safety and care excellence.
Maintain adherence to industry standards, evidence-based practices, and safety protocols, while monitoring performance metrics with leadership.
Supervise the administration and dispensation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CODA policies and procedures.
Contribute to budget planning, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources across the facility.
Foster a culture of teamwork and respect, promoting CODA’s mission through clear communication and data-informed decision-making.
