Nurse Manager (RN) – The Birthplace (Labor & Delivery) Baystate Health | Baystate Franklin Medical Center | Greenfield, MA | Full Time Lead with Purpose in a Truly Unique Birth Setting Join Baystate Health and lead The Birthplace at Baystate Franklin Medical Center, a midwife-driven, family-centered labor and delivery unit supporting 400+ births each year. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team focused on personalized, patient-centered maternity care in a collaborative, community hospital setting. Requirements
- RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- Leadership experience in labor & delivery or maternal-child health
- Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsState of MassachusettsState of Massachusetts

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing L&D team
- Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, and experience
- Oversee staffing, operations, and day-to-day unit performance
