This is a full-time, remote Nurse Manager position responsible for Centralized Call Center Operations supporting NC/GA patient access and care teams. The role involves 24-hour responsibility and requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The Nurse Manager will demonstrate and support a Professional Practice model, ensure compliance with regulations, and function as a team member to achieve unit and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment and retention, professional development, delegation, performing nursing care as needed, patient and family education, performance improvement, policy development, resource allocation, and budgetary oversight.
