As the Manager of Perioperative Services, this role provides comprehensive leadership and operational oversight for all perioperative phases, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient surgical care. The position focuses on optimizing patient outcomes and staff performance by managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing surgical schedules, overseeing resource allocation, and implementing best practices to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities also include monitoring financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Success in this role requires extensive perioperative clinical/leadership experience, a deep understanding of surgical processes, and exceptional interpersonal/problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on inspiring staff, managing challenges, and strategically aligning services to achieve superior surgical outcomes.
