The Clinical Nurse Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer maintaining compliance with all Hospital annual competencies as well as CPR, and designated protective intervention program. Thoroughly understands the management of the patient milieu including age specific and cultural requirements and has knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA regulations and all other relevant state and federal regulatory standards. Riveredge Hospital is a 210-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Forest Park, IL. Riveredge Hospital features individual units for children, adolescents, adults, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Requirements

Current license to practice nursing in IL
Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting required
2+ year of supervisory/leadership experience required
