About The Position

This role involves providing leadership and coordination of nursing and multidisciplinary team activities to support high-quality, person-centred care and positive patient outcomes. The Nurse Management Facilitator will play a key role in service management, workforce development, quality improvement, and change initiatives, while fostering a positive team culture and supporting continuous improvement across the service.

Requirements

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice.
• Experience supervising students and less experienced staff.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
