Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree
Responsibilities
- Evaluates effective implementation of the manufacturing plant’s management system policies, procedures and processes against ISO and GFSI standards
- Review audit results and identify the severity of findings or the risk associated to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken by the Facilitator
- Act as scientific, regulatory, technical or quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions aimed towards the Facilitator
- Responsible for coordinating and leading training classes, policies, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements
- Ensures that items of non-conformance are addressed and corrected efficiently
- Manage documentation and records to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable
