About The Position

The Nurse Liaison provides excellent nursing services that exceed customer expectations, fostering an atmosphere of comfort, safety, well-being, and dignity for the elderly. Requirements

Licensed in practicing state as an R.N. or LPN.
Minimum of one year experience in resident/patient assessment.
Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge about sources of payment.
Understand the admission process from acute care to long-term-care.
Ability to travel 75% of the time on day trips to hospitals, etc.
Ability to read and write well enough to follow written directions, do charting and resident assessments.
Verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to carry on conversations with hospital patients, residents, co-workers and family members in an understandable manner.
