About The Position

The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum. Requirements

Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, or Therapist
Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
2 or more years of clinical experience required
Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office
Knowledge of hospital data bases
Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families
Current valid LA Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Management experience preferred
Post-Acute care experience preferred
