About The Position

NHC is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN House Supervisor for their West Meade Place facility. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical competency, utilizing the nursing process, and ensuring patient care needs are met. The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate, possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Requirements

Tennessee LPN or RN Nursing license

Responsibilities

Maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
Utilizing the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
Exhibiting organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs.
Integrating current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
Practicing continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
