NHC Springfield is seeking a full-time Nurse Scheduler (M-F) with on-call rotation. Requirements

• LPN license is required
• Must be organized and present a professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of scheduling is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• At least two years secretarial experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create nursing department schedule
• Schedule interviews
• Maintain and audit personnel files
• Tabulate hours worked by nursing staff for each pay period
• Perform staffing meeting daily with nursing managers
