About The Position

PAC Worldwide manufactures packaging materials and supplies packaging automation equipment for some of the world’s top retailers. This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm. This is not a forklift position.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload rolls and finished product from the machine.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as well as partaking in preventative maintenance (PM) assignments.
  • Assist with set-ups and minimizing change over times.
  • Maintain budgeted scrap levels.
  • Read and comprehend work orders.
  • Assist with the production of high-quality products to work order specifications. This includes but is not limited to: Dimensions, label & placard information, run speeds, roll size, identifying defects, etc.
  • Complete and apply roll tags.
  • Complete data entry timely and accurately in the Production Data Entry and D365 systems.
  • Conduct proper housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean workspace.
  • Practice safe behavior with regards to equipment and tasks.
  • Understand raw materials and finished goods part numbers.
  • Conduct accurate inventory counts.
  • Other duties as assigned
