About The Position

The nurse observes, collects, and records data related to patients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental status and self-care ability. The nurse analyzes assessment findings and test results to plan timely and effective interventions, implements age-appropriate plans of care, documents and uses patient data to measure progress toward outcomes and goals, and records care completely and promptly. Core schedule: Week 1—Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2—Sunday, Monday, Wednesday. A student loan repayment program and relocation assistance are offered.

Requirements

Oregon RN license.
AHA BLS certification.
ACLS within 90 days.
PALS within 6 months.
ENPC within 6 months.
TNCC within 12 months.
2,400 hours of acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years.
Associate’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Observe, collect, and record data related to patients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental status and self-care ability.
Analyze assessment findings and test results to plan timely and effective nursing interventions.
Implement age-appropriate plans of care.
Document and use patient data to measure progress toward patient outcomes and goals.
Document care completely and in a timely manner.
Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care, including critical assessments and skilled procedures, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
