As the Nurse Educator at Springhill, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring nursing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving clinical excellence. Requirements

Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and experience in supervision of others
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
Current CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

Infection Preventionist Certification (willing to assist with obtaining)

Responsibilities

Develop and mentor nursing professionals.

Infection control preventionist.
Oversight of the restorative nursing program.
Education in the SNF.
Assist with audits, regulatory concerns, state surveys and other areas that need addressed.
Assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass in the event of staffing needs.
Assist with new hire and annual competencies.
Participate in monthly and quarterly QAPI meetings.
