About The Position

Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context. Requirements

Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN) or Bachelor of Nursing or Nursing diploma or Psychiatric Nursing diploma
Min. five years recent experience in a community or acute mental health setting
Knowledge of the Saskatchewan Mental Health Act
Knowledge in psychiatric diagnoses, treatment, and medications
Knowledge in LEAN management system
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Advanced - Assessment skills

Basic - Time management skills
Advanced - Interpersonal skills
Basic - Leadership skills
