About The Position
Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context. Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in a psychiatric or mental health setting
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in models of Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Experience in Seniors Mental Health care is a definite asset
- Ability to travel when required
