Nurse Assistant - Part-Time Evening Shift - Assisted Living Walnut Hills | Greencroft Communities Walnut Creek, OH. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- Genuine love and respect for older adults
- Patience, tact, and a cheerful, positive attitude
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication skills and a desire to make a difference
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each resident’s needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Support residents during their evening routines and activities
