Nurse Assistant Full-Time 4C Nights

About The Position
The Nurse Assistant works full-time, 36 hours per week, on 12-hour night shifts beginning at 7 PM. Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse for the team and/or unit, the role assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care. The Nurse Assistant considers the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated and helps maintain a safe, clean environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Aide Training Program/SRNA.

- One year of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Perform routine vital signs.
- Provide routine patient care.
- Document patient care in the EMR within the scope of practice.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment.
