About The Position

Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Based in Buffalo, New York. Are you a skilled CRNA who thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment? In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering exceptional anesthesia care—from pre-op assessments to post-op follow-ups—ensuring every patient feels supported and safe. You’ll prepare patients for anesthesia by reviewing vitals, labs, and monitoring needs, and you’ll be ready to jump into action for emergency responses. If you enjoy mentoring, you’ll have opportunities to serve as faculty or a preceptor for graduate student nurse anesthetists. Requirements

  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA); or Eligibility for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Successful completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  • As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) within twelve (12) months of their appointment to this title.

Responsibilities
