About The Position

Nurse Aides at Good Sam help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance, while promoting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility. Nurse Aides collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive care and contribute to a respectful, positive workplace.
