This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene. The Nurse Aide I takes vital signs, height and weight measurements, and assists with feeding and ambulation according to specific procedures. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly patient/resident room, observing and reporting changes in patient/resident conditions, and orienting patients/families to the unit while instructing on safety measures. Additionally, the role assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records, as well as managing stock supply items. The Nurse Aide I performs duties within the scope of Nurse Aide I tasks and may administer 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and perform routine venipuncture after appropriate training.
