Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required.
  • Strong clinical background in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare technology and electronic health records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remote patient monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data protection standards.
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management Facilitate product installation and replacement by coordinating with the device installation team.
  • Manage the account handover process from the sales team and drive project implementation.
  • Conduct daily checks for device health and resolve issues Create and implement clinical protocol
  • Training and Education Provide comprehensive on-job training for nursing staff, housekeeping personnel, and administrative teams on product usage.
  • Train staff on new product features and drive adoption.
  • Patient Care and Monitoring Ensure new patients are on boarded through a tele-calling process with physicians.
  • Implement alert management protocols, including acknowledgement, validation, and escalation.
  • Conduct monthly patient data reviews with the nursing director.
  • Visit each monitored patient at least once a fortnight, updating notes on the RCM platform
  • Reporting and Compliance Implement and present monthly Clinical Governance Reports to facility leadership.
  • Attend weekly reviews and planning sessions with the Zonal Account Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all required processes, including activity logging and medical notes.
  • Collect and report information on competitor activities within allocated accounts.
