About The Position
This is a travel assignment for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Bozeman, Montana. The position is for 13 weeks with a start date of 08/24/2026. The role is in a hospital-based acute care setting and guarantees 40 hours per week on a day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,831 to $2,962.
Requirements
- Graduation from a CAHEA-accredited Allied Health program or equivalent
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in nuclear medicine or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
- Ability to work in a hospital-based acute care environment and to handle radioactive materials in compliance with regulations
Nice To Haves
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- One year post-graduate work experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Responsibilities
- Perform general nuclear medicine examinations and quality control measures, including PET/CT as requested by medical staff
- Assist radiologists and other clinical staff during exams and procedures
- Complete documentation for interpretation, reporting, archival, and retrieval of exams
- Verify written/electronic orders and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting
- Manage administration, receipt/return, decay, and disposal of radioactive materials in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in monitoring and improvement of hospital quality indicators as described in the strategic plan
