About The Position

Mercy Medical Center is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Tech to perform scans according to departmental standards and use equipment in accordance with departmental policy. The role includes quality-control work and care for patients across age groups, from infants and pediatric patients to adolescents and geriatric patients. Requirements

• Must be licensed with the State of Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance.
• Must hold Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) certification or ARRT-Nuclear Medicine certification.
• Must hold BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all scans according to departmental standards.
• Effectively use all equipment according to departmental policy.
• Cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
• Perform quality-control work and work with infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, and geriatric patients.
