About The Position

Texas Health Dallas is seeking a part-time Nuclear Medicine Specialist for the Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Department. This is a fast-paced, high-volume department that is involved in multiple imaging modalities. The department serves Level 1 Trauma, Stroke, ED, outpatients, and inpatients. The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on mutual problem-solving, teamwork, shared decision-making, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Required
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine Upon Hire Required OR
  • CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB—Upon Hire Required AND
  • CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Req
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Preferred
