About The Position

Texas Health Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join their Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Department. This is a full-time, day shift position. The department is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that handles Level 1 Trauma, Stroke, ED, outpatients, and inpatients. The role involves involvement in multiple imaging modalities including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray, and Ultrasound. Texas Health Dallas is a Magnet-designated, full-service hospital with over a half-century of service in North Texas, specializing in cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, women’s services, and emergency medicine. It is recognized as a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, a Comprehensive Stroke and Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, and holds certifications as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Heart Attack Center, and a designated Magnet hospital.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Required
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine Upon Hire Required OR
CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB—Upon Hire Required AND
GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Req AND
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree preferred
2 years of Nuclear Medicine Preferred
