About The Position

ReNuke Services is seeking a Nuclear I&C Design Engineer III for our client's site in York, SC. This role involves working with digital control and data acquisition systems, distributed I&C system platforms, Operator Aid Computer, plant network systems, and security computer systems. The engineer will need to understand industry cyber security design requirements and be familiar with computer networks and operating systems. Knowledge of real-time/data acquisition/control systems, including hardware, software, and interfaces, is essential. The ability to read plant drawings such as Control Wiring Diagrams, One-line diagrams, and Logic Diagrams is required. The position requires the ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to work as part of a team, be self-motivated, exercise flexibility, and take personal responsibility for assigned accountabilities. Key components to be reviewed/produced include Engineering Change Basedocs, Equipment Database records, Electrical Elementary Diagrams, Connection Diagrams, Wiretabs, Bill of Materials, and Cable Cards. This is a 36-month contract position.

  • Experience at a Nuclear Site
  • Experience with Duke Energy
