The Thermal-Hydraulic Design unit is looking for an entry-level Nuclear or Mechanical Engineer to perform thermal-hydraulic analysis supporting the next generation submarine core design (IPMP). This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and cross-functional team on cutting-edge reactor core development.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field.
All candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test in compliance with FMP company policy and 10 CFR 707.

Nice To Haves

Coursework/work experience in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
