About The Position

ReNuke Services is seeking a Contract Administrator III for our client's site in York, SC. Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (4-10's). The Contract Administrator assists the Manager of Contracts in the preparation and administration of contracts, review and process contract requisitions, contract change requests, and administrative duties aligned with assisting with contract award activities. This position monitors invoice tracking and approval, milestone schedules, validates accounting is correct, validates the scope of work aligns with the proposal from vendors, maintains contract records and correspondence to monitor any required resolution of issues/actions, and monitors contract performance. This position supports Contracts team, Procurement and Project Managers in the management of contract scope, project controls on contract cost projections reviews, and assists with summarizing and analyzing legal contract language scopes of work requirements. This position verifies invoices to assure they are within contract terms, assists Contract Management personnel in the preparation and administration of contracts, prepares contract requisitions and contract change requests as well as administrative duties. This position supports Contract, Procurement and Project Managers in the management of contract scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality. The Contract Administrator performs or assists with the following: plan and manage contract award activities and schedules, monitor contract performance, assure invoices agree with contract provisions and work has been successfully completed, create and manage action logs, establish contract reporting and status for the project team, develop presentations, maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing, create and monitor approvals of contract and change requisitions. This position may be required to support the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) which requires on call duty.
