Potelco, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team in Sumner, WA. Requirements

Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills
2+ years of experience working with construction contracts
Negotiation and Analytical Skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Access)
Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related
Prior experience with construction contracts
Knowledge of the utility industry

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members on the process by which contracts are consolidated, created, and executed.
Prepare subcontract agreements.
Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
Review and update existing contracts.
Submit and administer Prevailing Wage forms; monitor and enforce subcontractor Prevailing Wage requirements.
Procure and administer various bonds, certificates of insurance, and company licenses.
Onboard and vet construction and engineering subcontractors.
Support and collaborate with internal business partners, departments, and Quanta West OPUs.
Perform record keeping, filing, copying, scanning, and other routine administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
