Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical safety and ESD awareness.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as crimpers, soldering equipment, torque drivers, saws, and drills.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an Engineering Technician or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical R&D products according to engineering specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete moderate to complex engineering requests.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
