The R&D Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of NPD initiatives and will have overall responsibility for project planning and execution. Project success is measured on cost, schedule, and product performance. The candidate should share our passion or innovation and our commitment to building phenomenal products for our customers. This position is part of the Research and Development team located in East Greenbush, New York, and will be onsite. In this role, a typical day will look like: • Oversee planning and execution of NPD projects – responsible for project target including, quality, OTD, and cost • Lead planning and implementation of product development projects • Facilitate teams to define project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and technical feasibility • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Set up agreements with key project vendors • Ensure adherence to project budget, schedule, and performance requirements • Provide direction and support to project team • Track project risks and lead implementation of mitigating actions • Other duties as assigned by management The essential requirements of the job include: Engineering or technical background (degree or equivalent experience) with the ability to translate engineering requirements into executable project plans and guide engineering teams through delivery Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with defined timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple workstreams simultaneously, meeting committed deadlines in fast‑paced environments Track record of identifying process gaps and implementing data‑driven improvements across product or project lifecycles XOS is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $90000 - $105000 USD per year.
