About The Position

This is a permanent job opening in a primary care setting on the Emerald Coast of Florida. The client is hiring five Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to work in one of four locations: Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, or Niceville. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a requirement to work five days per week. This is an outpatient-only position focused on adult patients within a walk-in patient care model. Referrals are managed through an on-site immediate care facility. There is a rotating phone call schedule, but it is very rare, with a nurse line handling most calls and the APP only being contacted for severe emergencies. The electronic medical record system used is Athena. New graduates are welcome to apply, but visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Board certified or truly board eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Must work five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
