About The Position

Essentia Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Family Practice at the Hinckley Clinic. The role uses advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. The clinician provides care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and may care for patients from newborn to elderly, as applicable to the age-related category and area of expertise. The position is 0.7 FTE. The clinician will work alongside a collaborative team in a clinic focused on developing a high-quality, efficient care model and promoting patient-centered care, teamwork, and staff resilience. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no call and no weekends. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of NP/PA experience and Family Practice experience. Hired candidates may be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. Requirements

For Nurse Practitioners: current registered nurse licensure in the appropriate state.
For Nurse Practitioners: current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the appropriate state.
For Nurse Practitioners: current CPR certification.
For Nurse Practitioners: national certification in the applicable area.
For Physician Assistants: current physician assistant licensure in the appropriate state.
For Physician Assistants: current CPR certification.
For Physician Assistants: national certification.
Successful completion of Essentia Health's credentialing process before practice.

Nice To Haves

3–5 years of NP/PA experience.
