About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established, stable and well-respected Cardiology team of 25 physicians and 18 APP's. The role involves a 1:4 call structure and includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a full-service Cardiology practice. This is a vascular-focused position offering high-quality service in one convenient location with excellent office support staff.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Masters Degree of Nursing required.

Nice To Haves

• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.
