North America Inside Sales Manager Estimated annual base pay: $63,000 (minimum) - $82,000 (midpoint) - $101,000 (maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. Requirements

  • Experienced in utilizing customer relationship management platforms to track sales activities and client data.
  • Effectively maintains and advances the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Demonstrates clear and persuasive verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyzes sales metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
  • Efficiently prioritizes and manages time to meet sales objectives and deadlines.
  • Possesses in depth understanding of company products and services to effectively engage customers.
  • Proficient in negotiating terms and closing sales agreements successfully.
  • Works collaboratively with team members to coordinate efforts and reach sales goals.
  • Identifies and resolves customer issues using established procedures promptly.
  • Highly motivated to meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities by engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and customer onboarding progress.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through communication to encourage repeat business and referrals and provide voice of customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Applies standardized sales procedures and strategies to maintain clear communication and engagement with cross-functional teams.
  • Manages customer interactions leveraging technology to virtually connect with existing and prospective customers, supporting sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Use product and process knowledge, cross functional networks and business analytics tools to address customer inquiries or concerns, and resolve issues promptly, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to devise effective solutions and ensure a win-win situation for both parties.
