About The Position

This role is responsible for the full ownership of US events and trade shows, including end-to-end responsibility for the US event calendar. This includes planning, budget management, booth logistics, staffing, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting. The position also involves identifying, qualifying, and building strategies for US partners, applying AVILOO’s global brand and messaging, and providing structured input into central growth programs. Additionally, the role supports the North American sales team with local materials and field sales support, manages budgets for US events and partnerships, and reports on key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing, ideally in B2B technology, automotive, or automotive services.
  • Proven track record of owning a regional event program end to end, including trade shows, vendors, logistics, budgets, and measurable follow-up.
  • Strong stakeholder skills across time zones and comfort operating in a matrix.
  • Solid understanding of the North American automotive, dealer, re-marketing, auction, and fleet landscape or the ability to get there fast.
  • Hands-on experience managing local vendors, agencies, and production partners.
  • Experience building partnerships from first contact through to a signed framework.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and cost per opportunity.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within North America and to HQ in Austria.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • BA/MA in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Genuine interest in electric mobility.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for the US event calendar, including trade shows, conferences, partner events, roadshows, and webinars.
  • Planning and budget management for US events, including booth logistics, staffing, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and building strategies for US partners (associations, dealer groups, re-marketing platforms, and media partners).
  • Leading early-stage engagement with US partners and coordinating sign-off with the Head of Growth Marketing and the CEO of AVILOO Inc.
  • Applying AVILOO’s global brand and messaging with judgement and feeding structured market intelligence back to HQ teams.
  • Shaping central growth programs (ABM, demand generation, paid media, SEO) through a defined monthly planning cadence.
  • Briefing HQ, managing local print and production vendors, and ensuring collateral, booth graphics, and sales kits are available in the field.
  • Providing day-to-day support for the North American sales team with references, case studies, and event follow-up.
  • Planning, forecasting, and tracking budgets for US events, partnerships, and local materials.
  • Reporting monthly on pipeline contribution, spend, and field-owned KPIs such as qualified event leads and cost per opportunity.
