About The Position

Arclin is seeking a North America Emergency Response Business Development Manager to support the growth and continued leadership of its Nomex® and Kevlar® Personal Protection business across the United States and Canada. This highly visible, customer-facing role focuses on firefighter applications, including turnout gear, protective hoods, station wear, and wildland firefighting systems. The position is remote and U.S.-based, covering the United States and Canada, with approximately 50% travel. The manager will work with fire departments, distributors, dealers, PPE stakeholders, and industry organizations to strengthen relationships, influence protective-equipment specifications, identify growth opportunities, and increase awareness and adoption of Nomex® and Kevlar® solutions. The role calls for a strong understanding of the fire-service community and firefighter PPE market, and the ability to build trusted relationships. Deep technical fiber or fabric expertise is not required at entry; the key is understanding firefighters, their equipment and requirements, and the marketplace dynamics that shape protective-equipment decisions. The position supports existing business and market-share protection while developing new growth opportunities. Success requires becoming a trusted resource in the fire-service community, understanding the needs of firefighters and PPE decision-makers, and using relationships to influence the market while preserving established manufacturer, distributor, and partner relationships. The anticipated base salary range is $125,000–$160,000 annually, with eligibility for incentive opportunities. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
