About The Position

Responsible for preparing fresh noodle items in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, including mixing and producing dough using commercial equipment to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
  • Must be able to push a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Mixing and producing dough using commercial equipment
  • Ensuring consistency and quality of noodle items
  • Following all safety procedures
  • Using restaurant safety words during all shifts
  • Asking for assistance as needed
  • Practicing proper body mechanics
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury
