Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least four years of progressively responsible experience in housing, healthcare, or social services.
  • A minimum of two years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in understanding housing programs and health care systems, as well as permanent supportive housing interventions.
  • Experience with HMIS and a strong foundation in data-driven performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Living within a commutable distance to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in enhancing housing attainment, retention, and service delivery for Tulsans experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
  • Collaborate across Tulsa’s Continuum of Care (CoC) to lead efforts addressing the most challenging housing stability issues.
  • Ensure seamless communication between outreach teams, housing stabilization, behavioral health services, and the criminal legal system.
  • Coordinate diverse case conferencing efforts, focusing on swift connections to housing resources for high-acuity individuals.
  • Empower stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to housing and retention by leveraging knowledge of housing systems, Coordinated Entry, and community partnerships.
  • Foster a collaborative environment centered on mutual accountability, continuous improvement, and creating lasting solutions for homelessness in Tulsa.
