About The Position
This is a part-time instructor pool for the 2026-2027 academic year for Noncredit Science Associate courses. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a natural science discipline, or a valid California Community College Credential in the discipline, or the equivalent. Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse student backgrounds is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any natural science discipline, as appropriate for the course; OR a valid appropriate California Community College Credential in the discipline area; OR the equivalent.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
