About The Position

This role is for an anticipated vacancy as a Non-Prime Finance Manager at The 401 Group of Companies. The position is part of a Management Training Program designed to develop individuals into future General Managers. The program offers hands-on training in all aspects of dealership operations, including client acquisition, vehicle acquisition, finance management, inventory management, payroll management, compliance, lender relations, employee recruitment and management, and ESA compliance. The company provides extensive training, mentorship, Tier-1 leads, and guidance from industry trainers to equip individuals for success in dealership management.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
  • Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
  • Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  • Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
  • Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  • Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
